Commando 961 SXCar Software
SXCar is SCS Delta's bespoke dealer tool.
Its a simple user-friendly windows application that communicates with Norton Commando 961 SC ECUs via our USB CAN interface.
SC supplied over 800 ECUs to Norton between September 2012 and January 2016 with serial numbers between 9176758 and 9178569. The Typhoon V4 ECU was supplied to Norton ‘locked down’ so that communications were only possible using dealer software, SXCar. The software shows all engine sensor parameters, allows for an idle reset to be performed and allows for upload of different calibrations.

Software Installation
This installation can be used to upgrade any previous version of
SXCar, the previous version should be uninstalled before upgrading.
To install the SXCar Calibration and Configuration tool on your PC please double click the setup file and follow the on-screen prompts. SXCar will then be installed onto your PC. If you have been supplied with or have downloaded a map for your ECU please copy this to the folder ‘My Documents\SXCar Calibrations” on your PC.
N.B. You must be logged into your PC as an administrator to install SXCar. If you are not logged on as an administrator on your PC the installer will give the error message ‘Access Denied’. You can then right-click on the setup file and select ‘Run as administrator’ to avoid this.
SXCar is suitable only for use with Microsoft Windows 8 or 10 operating systems and can operate on both 32 and 64 bit. Note that Windows needs to be up to date before installing our software and an internet connection is required during the installation process.
